Is that a cat toy? It looks seriously like a cat toy. My cat used to have a toy that almost exactly resembled that. Who gives their "friends" a cat toy??
It's not a cat toy--it's a collectible miniature: only about two inches or so tall.
that looks like a real mouse's head with a clown nose on it. heck, if she's going to cut off their heads, why not the tail, too? *ICK!*
