I get misty just looking at this

Here we have this lovely Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls key holder. It appears to be from the 60s or 70s, but it is actually from 2008. Not only do we get the scenic photo of the Falls, but as an added bonus there is a little replica of the boat, complete with passengers (look closely, and you will see that the one in the middle on the bottom appears to be praying for his life). Now who wouldn't want to see this every time they went to get their keys?

Melissa,
And the last time you had your eyes checked was when....???
;)

Definitely reminds me of a 1970's basement: the wood panel look, the faux gold detail, and the cheesy scenic picture. Pretty bad--would not hang this in my house.

That is definitely bad.

Do you remeber back in the '70's when everybody had 3 plaster ducks on the wall?

That is definitely from the same era.

"Least hideous one so far"--WHAT!?!?!?!? I'd take the pez doll (with the pez, of course) before this eyesore.

The Falls are beautiful, but the souvenirs tacky as can be.

Come on! The freaky moon gift was better than this one? I think not!
The foot pencil holder? Are we forgetting the hideous gifts displayed for us so far? I still say this one is the least hideous so far.

p.s And the Pez thing? Ick.

LOL! I think that the foot is definitely one of the most hideous. I still can't believe that someone seriously gave that to me as a gift.

Yes, this is not the most hideous gift thus far, but it is still hideous. What are you supposed to do with this thing? Actually hang your keys on it? It's awful!!! It's exactly the sort of clutter that is one of the greatest aversions of my life.
